Matt Morris led the Hilltoppers to a 5th place finish at Mentor's Cardinal Classic on Saturday morning. His time of 17:07 was nearly equal to his lifetime best of 17:06 and was good enough to place him 16th overall.
In very warm conditions, Gavin Kyte won the individual title in the JV race with a time of 17:45 as the Hilltoppers finished 2nd in the JV team standings.
