The boys 4x800 team of Matt Morris, Ryan Connolly, Steven Zombory, and Josh Sopchak wins with a time of 8:10.73, with an outstanding 1:56.0 achor leg by Sopchak.  The same team of guys also won the Distance Medley Relay in a time of 11:00.80.
