Girls Varsity Cross Country vs. Mentor

At the Mentor Cardinal Classic, our girls put in an awesome effort. We placed fourth out of 13 teams and beat our 'rivals', Mentor!
In the Varsity race, we had 9 girls running: Sam Stansbury had an outstanding time of 19.30.38 winning the whole race (1st place), Mikaylie Park (8th), Rachel Banks (9th), Rachel Lannon (37th), Madison Park (42nd), Kelsey McCaffrey (51st), Emma Urbic (53rd), Anna Monarchino (57th), and Katrina Schneider (67th). As a team, Chardon totaled 96 points, crushing Mentor with 124 points.
Next in the JV race, our girls ran hard and looked great. Rachel Wattleworth celebrated her birthday with a new PR of 20 seconds and came in 7th place in the race, Michaela Rodriguez (24th), Megan Novotney (25th), Allison Whitney (29th), and Kendall Wolfe (46th) all came in top 50.
