WILLOUGHBY SOUTH: 2
After falling behind 0-2, the Varsity girls battled back to win 3-2. The girls got off to a super slow start in the first set losing 11-25. They stepped it up but fell short in set 2, 23-25. In the third set, the teams battled point for point and they kept the match alive with a 25-23 win. It was the fourth set that was the heart stopper. The girls dug a hole early and the end was in site. Losing 23-18, a time out was called. The girls came out of that timeout and didn't look back. With a 27-25 come from behind, the girls rode the momentum into set 5 winning 15-6 to seal the match! Great job ladies!
